Customers are responsible for all shipping costs. Once your exchange request is approved, the original item must be returned first before we ship the replacement.

To qualify for an exchange:

• A clear and unedited unboxing video of the parcel is required for any return, exchange, missing item, incorrect item, or damage claim.
• Item must be in its original ILLUMINED ziplock packaging.
• Tags must still be attached and has not been removed.
• All freebies and inserts must be included.
• Item must be unworn, unwashed, and free from stains, odors, or perfume.
